Prime Video has hired Paramount Television Studios’ Nicole Clemens as VP and head of international originals.
In her new role, the former President at Paramount TV Studios will lead international production and development of series and movies across Prime Video and MGM Studios and lead the teams across Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
The hire was announced by VP of Prime Video International, Kelly Day.
At Paramount, Clemens led production on shows including Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Reacher and Cross. Her previous roles include President at Paramount+ and she has also been a producer at Anonymous Content and was EVP Series Development at FX.
Clemens will begin her role at Amazon MGM Studios’ Culver City HQ before relocating to London. The company’s International Originals leaders – Javiera Balmaceda (Head of International Originals, Latin America, Canada & Australia), Tara Erer (Head of International Originals, Northern Europe), Nicole Morganti (Head of International Originals, Southern Europe) and John Holmes (Director of International Originals Production & Post) will all report in to Clemens.
